Masney has an established damage policy and insurance coverage for your peace of mind. We make no exceptions to the laws and regulations provided by the I.C.C. and D.O.T. for auto transporters to follow.

Our Policies

Masney Auto Logistics provides quality auto transportation service across all 48 continental United States. Masney Carries excellent insurance coverage and operates in full compliance with all federal and state regulations. In the unfortunate possibility that damage occurs to your vehicles while in transit, Masney has established a damage policy for your peace of mind. Masney Auto Logistics is governed by federal law enacted by the Interstate Commerce Commission.

Damage Policy

We accept our units in “as is” condition. All units must be in working condition and must have a key. Any pre-existing condition such as minor scratches and dents will be noted in the pre-trip inspection by our drivers so they are not liable. Masney Auto Logistics, Inc. is also not responsible for damage attributable to mechanical or parts deficiencies such as, but not limited to, aged exhaust or suspension systems, faulty brakes or steering, or damage caused by leaking battery acids, cooling systems, or oil. We are also not responsible for freezing of cooling systems, hail or wind damage, or any acts of God. The cars will be re-inspected upon delivery to ensure no damage was inflicted during transport. Shipper is responsible for preparing vehicle for shipment. All loose parts, fragile or protruding accessories, low-hanging spoilers, antennas, etc. must be removed and/or properly secured. Masney Auto Logistics, Inc. is not liable and is hereby released from any contraband in vehicle, including but not limited to firearms, cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs. Claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of delivery to Masney Auto Logistics, Inc. with pictures of specific damages claimed. All calls regarding damage claims must be made to 1-407-877-8882.

Insurance Policy

To help provide assurance of safe transit and to protect your automobile during transportation, Masney Auto Logistics carries a full host of insurance coverage. If in the event a damage were to occur during transport, Masney Auto Logistics is fully insured to protect your vehicle. It is one thing to provide fast, efficient service but it is another to protect you while we do it. Our safety and maintenance department follows detailed guidelines to ease the situation and make certain a problem is handled correctly. We strive to provide quality customer service from all sides of your vehicle transport experience.
